| Skip the lines onsite by ordering your Badges, Parking Passes, Guest Tickets and Trailer Permits before the show even begins! Order by January 17 to have your items mailed to you. All orders placed after January 17 can be picked up onsite. The order site will remain open until January 24. |

If you choose onsite pick-up, your order will be waiting at Exhibitor Services, located in the corridor between the Archery Hall and Large Arena. If you had your order mailed, no need to stop by Exhibitor Services. You may go straight to your booth to set up. |

Every person working your booth must have an exhibitor badge for the entirety of the show. If you have a booth worker being replaced midweek, you may bring their badge and have it swapped out free of charge. |

Before paying $225 for a trailer permit, please keep in mind that we offer a FREE trailer parking lot located less than a mile away at the State Police Headquarters (click here to see a map!) Unless you absolutely need access to your trailer during show hours, we highly recommend using the free lot. |
