I would like to introduce myself as the new Show Manager of the Great American Outdoor Show. I have had the privilege of being involved with GAOS for several years and I'm excited to lead the show into the future. As exhibitors, you are our most valuable customers. My goal is to provide the best possible show experience for you and your customers. Your goals are our goals. It's October. By now, you should have...
- Paid your 50% deposit for your booth space, which was due Friday, August 3. Please plan your budget accordingly to pay the remaining balance by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2.
- Started looking for hotels. Please remember, the NRA negotiates special low rates at many area hotels for you! You won't find a better deal! Click here to browse.
- Reviewed our Display Rules to ensure you are not in violation. To review, click here.

| Exhibitors have reported calls from companies claiming to be the housing service for GAOS.

| Please beware! If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive in Harrisburg, PA.

| The NRA is NOT utilizing the services of any housing or reservations vendor for the Great American Outdoor Show.

| FRAUDULENT ATTENDEE LISTS

| Please be beware of companies who contact you offering to sell event attendee lists. They DO NOT have these lists nor can they make these lists available. Our attendee database is confidential and is not sold or made available to anyone.

| Should you receive unsolicited marketing from a company offering to sell these lists, do not respond. The NRA is in no way associated with these companies.

| Were you approached by one of our floor managers this past year because your booth display did not follow the Show rules and regulations? We enforce these rules to make the exhibiting experience as fair as possible. If your display does not comply with the show regulations, you will be asked to modify your display on-site before the opening of the Show. |
Remember:
- Booth back walls may not exceed 8ft in height
- Inline booth spaces must follow sightline regulations
- Back 5ft of shared wall to the left/right of booth can be 10ft tall
- Front 5ft of shared wall to the left/right booth can be no taller than 4ft
